Beavers

Beaver Scouts are young people usually aged between 6 and 8 years old. They belong to the first and the youngest section in the family. Young people can join Beaver Scouting in the three months leading up to their 6th birthday. They can move to the next Section, Cub Scouts, between 8 and 8.5 years old.

Easily recognised by their distinctive turquoise sweatshirts, Beaver Scouts enjoy making friends, playing games, going on visits and helping others. They usally meet together once a week in Beaver Scout Colony.
