Dorset Junior Chef of the Year, Katie Prigg, has just spent the last three days at Rick Stein's Restaurant at Sandbanks, where she has be learning new skills with her mentor chef, Peter Murt (head chef) and his team. As well as the valuable experience she has gained in an industrial kitchen, they will also be working on her dish for the final of South West Junior Chef of the Year on Saturday 6th October. Well done Katie the Group is really proud of you and good luck for the 6th October.
